This disease can occur in one or both noses. Nasal sores cause bad breath. Bad smell mixed with blood, dirt comes out from the nose, sometimes scabs inside the nose. Scholars are of the opinion that Upadangsa dosha is the main cause of this disease rather than other causes.

Diet & Regimen Guidelines
  • Always keep the nose clean. It is good to wash the nose once a day with a little salt in a glass of water. Eating meat and eggs is prohibited. Foods like milk, ghee etc. are healthy.
