Disease Overview

This pain is often caused by shaving with contaminated razors. This disease is mostly caused by the barber's razor. At the root of the beard or mustache hair, there is a kind of ringworm-like lesion, it is called Shaurkunda.

Diet & Regimen Guidelines
  • Phytolacca Q applied topically to skin irritations on the face caused by shaving with a barber's razor.
  • Sulfur Iod 1x mixed with one part, nine parts Vaseline applied externally to the scalp two to three times a day is curative. Milk, ghee, butter are fine. Meat, eggs, any kind of stimulating food is prohibited.
