Disease Overview

It is a type of skin disease. Scattered white spots on different parts of the body such as neck, throat, chest, shoulders, back, arms and face. Itching increases in the sun or heat. Sometimes dead skin is seen from the scab. It is called chuli or chaud or cholam.

  • External application of hypo soda dissolved in water cures scabies. Milk, ghee, butter are fine. Eating sour is prohibited.
