Diet & Regimen Guidelines
- In case of any kind of insect bite, Causticum Q applied to the injured area quickly relieves the burning sensation. If you are bitten by Bhimrul, bolata, bee, sting or any kind of poisonous insects, rubbing the juice of Apang leaves on the place immediately relieves the burning pain. If bitten by a dog, fox, cat, or bee, the area will be cauterized with carbolic acid as soon as possible. In the absence of carbolic acid it is better to burn the iron by heating it. Do not kill the dog after it has bitten. A mad dog does not live more than three or four days. If a dog bites a healthy body and survives for 10-12 days without biting anyone or showing any signs of madness, then there is no reason to worry about that dog bite. Government approved injection (vaccine) is the only best course of action for rabid dog bites, no other treatment is acceptable.
- Snake bite: A snake bite should be tied tightly with thick yarn, jute rope or a fringe of cloth three to four inches above and below the bite site. It is best to fasten another bandage three to four inches above this bandage and send the patient to the hospital as soon as possible. Ghee is beneficial for dog bite patients.
